Exchange and Return Policy
At BO2 Kuwait, we guarantee the quality of our products and strive for your complete satisfaction. We offer a Golden Guarantee on our products, which includes the following:
Golden Guarantee Details:
• When purchasing 7 or more products: Customers have the right to exchange or return the products within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are unused and in their original condition.
• When purchasing fewer than 7 products: The Golden Guarantee does not include exchange or return unless there is damage or an error in the order.
Exchange and Return Cases:
1- In the event of receiving an incorrect or damaged product:
• We bear all shipping and return costs.
• The product will be replaced with a new one or a full refund will be issued, based on the customer's request.
• The problem must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product must be attached.
• The order will be processed within 3-5 business days after the product is received and inspected.
2- If you wish to return a product for a personal reason (dislike, order error, etc.):
• If the order includes 7 or more products, the customer can return the products within 30 days, bearing the shipping and return costs.
• If the order includes fewer than 7 products, returns are only possible in the event of a manufacturing defect or order error.
• The refund process takes 7 to 14 business days.
3- Refund Method:
• The amount will be refunded using the same original payment method:
• Credit card or Mada (Visa - MasterCard): Depending on the policy of the bank or electronic payment provider.
• Cash payment: The customer will be contacted to transfer the amount to their bank account.
